Juno, Sprocker & Lady, Sprocker mix

Our two dogs (one puppy and her mum) have such a lovely time. We know they are well cared for and we get lots of updates. They are pulling to get in when they visit, which tells you everything. - Catherine

Finley, Welsh Springer

Great start for us and Finley this year. He has really settled in quickly and love's his daycare days. Finley will be having more fun days in 2024 and hopefully his first sleepover. - Shaun

Roni, Staffy

Clare has been great with our dog. Roni loves going to Waggy Tails and I can’t thank Clare enough for her care and perseverance in getting to grips with Roni’s little quirks! Fully recommend her to anyone looking for a home from home for their dog. - Jenny

Lana, Dachshund & Neva, Mixed breed

I recently needed to look for a new sitter for my 2 doggies, Lana & Neva (see photo for cuteness). After speaking with a few businesses I felt immediately drawn to Waggy Tails not only because of their ad-hoc approach to home boarding but also because the owner, Clare, was very friendly and attentive. I had an initial call with Clare and we arranged for the girls to visit. Clare was very helpful, answering all my questions and not at all pushy unlike some other businesses I had spoken with. Clare showed me around her home and garden, the garden was large with plenty of space for the girls to run around. After a successful meeting I booked the girls in for their trial. Clare was great at sending plenty of updates and pictures, which definitely put my husband and I at ease that the girls were OK. When I picked them up the next day I was given a thorough overview of how their trial went. I was happy with the service and Clare was happy that the girls were comfortable enough, so they will be returning in a few months time while we are away for a wedding and I feel confident that the girls will be in good hands. Thank you Waggy Tails! - Cherry

Roux, Labrador

Clare and her team do a fantastic job with my lab cross during his daycare stays. The induction process helped me feel assured she understood his needs and could provide the stimulation and love he needed. I received regular pupdates and payment was easy. Would highly recommend. - Elizabeth

Belle, Hungarian Vizla

Clare’s setting was just what we have been looking for in a daycare where the service is more personal and the dogs are well managed. She is very caring and has been very welcoming and understanding of any needs we have. Would definitely recommend. - Rachel

Lady, Greyhound

As new dog "parents", we were quite anxious about leaving our nervous greyhound at doggy day care, but Clare did a thorough assessment of her needs, was very clear on what to expect and looked after her well. We were updated regularly about how she was doing and she clearly had a great time. Thank you! - Chloe

Alice, Mixed Breed Rescue

Alice stayed with Clare at Waggy Tails for 2 weeks.
Clare looked after our dog as if her own, sending us pictures and updates more than once a day. - Serena

Major, English Setter

Clare is amazing! Clare looked after our dog for the day. We were kept well updated with photos and messages. My dog was very well looked after and he settled well in the company of Clare and Nala. We were very impressed with Clare's kind and honest approach, and her willingness to accommodate our dog's needs (and nose!) Would highly recommend Clare and will definitely rebook for future day care / boarding. - Reny

Otto, Hungarian Visla

Clare has been absolutely amazing, our little (huge) Otto can be a handful with learning how to settle around other dogs and Clare has had great patience with him and the fact he's a large puppy!! She keeps me updated throughout the day with pictures and I have great comfort when he's there knowing his being looked after well and enjoying himself with Nala. Highly recommended! Thank you Clare ♥️ - Yasmin

Rocco, English Bulldog

Clare helped me out massively looking after Rocco at short notice and still managed to fit an induction in to make sure he was happy. I received lots of videos and pictures of him looking like he was having a great time and felt completely comfortable being away knowing he was in such good hands. I would definitely recommend and will be asking Clare to look after Rocco if I need to stay away again.. thanks again 👍- Mick

Millie, Labradoodle

I have home-boarded my dog a few times and it has always been a positive experience however I have to say this time boarding with Clare at Waggy Tails was extra special. Starting from the booking process, Clare was very professional. She asked all the right questions to ensure that she could meet the specific needs of my dog. We were on the telephone for quite some time going through all the intricacies of her care which went far beyond the usual brief questions about food sleep, toilet walks and play. By the time we finished our discussion, I was confident to go ahead with the booking. Clare made sure to remind me to bring whatever I thought I should so that Millie had as comfortable a stay as possible. Of course, my timings did not go to plan but Clare was sympathetic, very accommodating and reassuring. Clare was brilliant at introducing our dog to her home, nestled in farmland and perfect for dog walks, and to her dog Nala who is a stunningly beautiful dog with an adorable personality. Our dog boarded with Clare and her family for three nights and during that time we received more communication from Clare than we have received from any other carer. We got lots of photo updates, videos and information about who was at the home at various times for example if they were expecting visitors another dog, plans for the day etc which I appreciated. My dog is quite active but there was plenty of space for her to play in the garden which was equipped with tyres tunnels and other items that she loves. My dog was also taken out on long walks in the countryside which is literally on her doorstep. Each evening she was worn out from play and walks. At pick up I got a very comprehensive and most importantly honest review of how things went during the stay. I felt that Clare had taken the time to get to know my dog and was not at all phased by her quirks. I was able to get some advice on managing certain behaviours which was much appreciated. My dog had a fabulous stay at Waggy Tails so I would recommend that others consider using this home-boarding service or daycare. - Sophia
